Make sure you're signed in with the Apple ID you bought Plus with. Open Unpuffed, open Plus from the You tab and tap Restore. It can take a minute to come through.

Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Unpuffed. If you have Plus, you can also tap Manage subscription on the You tab. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.

Apple handles payments, so refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue them directly.

Touch and hold an empty spot on your home screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and search for Unpuffed. For the lock screen, touch and hold the lock screen, tap Customize, then tap the widget area.

Open Unpuffed once and the widgets will refresh. iOS updates widgets on its own schedule, so they can lag a few minutes behind the app.

Set up the new phone from an iCloud or computer backup of the old one, with iCloud Keychain turned on. Your history is encrypted, and the key comes with you through iCloud Keychain.

Your current plan is shown on the You tab. Editing it in place isn't available yet. For now, a fresh start (You, then Delete all data) takes you back to setup. That erases your history and can't be undone, so you may prefer to email us first.

The reminder is a notification Unpuffed schedules on your phone. Turn it off in iPhone Settings, Notifications, Unpuffed.
